Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Proficiency in job portals and sourcing platforms.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Location: Centura Square IT Park, Thane West; Shift: 6PM – 4AM; Working days Monday to Friday.

- Experienced in managing multiple recruitment positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiar or willing to adapt to US hiring practices, especially for blue-collar roles.
- Capable of working non-standard shift hours and balancing HR operations alongside recruitment.
