About This Role
- Design, build, and deploy Generative AI and machine learning solutions including intelligent assistants, RAG-based systems, and agentic workflow automation.
- Own end-to-end AI pipelines covering data ingestion, model training, inference, and monitoring in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver scalable, production-ready AI capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in an IT technical role.
- Experience developing and deploying ML solutions using Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras.
- Experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and familiarity with LLM platforms like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions including RAG and conversational AI applications using large language models.
- Skilled in implementing multi-agent AI systems and orchestration using tools like LangChain and LangGraph for complex workflow automation.
- Proficient in managing AI pipelines end-to-end, with strong software engineering skills in Python, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
