About This Role
- Lead multiple AI and digital transformation engagements from strategy through scaled adoption, ensuring high-quality delivery with strong engineering and architecture practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing thought leadership in scaling and operationalizing AI, and building/managing client relationships to expand AI capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and scale enterprise AI applications using Generative AI, Agentic AI, and machine learning; manage budgets, resources, vendor partnerships, and hiring within the AI practice.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or related quantitative discipline.
- 10-12+ years of experience leading technology, AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives in consulting, technology services, or industry.
- Proven experience leading client-facing engagements and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning, modern AI architecture, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and AI operationalization (MLOps, model governance).
