About This Role
- Develop and transition AIML models and algorithms from prototypes to production-grade solutions for pharma and healthcare applications.
- Test and validate machine learning models for viability and delivery to clients.
- Collaborate on creating and improving machine learning algorithms and automation engines using large, complex datasets.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience working on creating machine learning algorithms.
- Programming experience in one or more of: Java, C++, Python, R, Deep Learning or equivalent.
- Experience working with large, real world datasets.

- Early-career professional with foundational ML algorithm development capabilities and academic expertise in quantitative or computational fields.
- Comfortable working under guidance while contributing to algorithm design, testing, and client solution development in pharma/healthcare domain.
- Able to quickly bring research ideas to scalable, practical implementations with support from senior engineers/scientists.
