About This Role
- Own financial planning, performance management, and cost optimization for end-to-end fulfillment network including Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehousing, and Last Mile Delivery.
- Partner with business leaders to drive profitability improvements and support strategic decision-making through financial insights and analysis.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and develop financial models for network expansion, new city launches, and capacity planning.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Supply Chain Finance.
- Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / CIMA or equivalent.
- Experience required in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, FMCG, Food Delivery, or Marketplace domains.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite; experience with Power BI/Tableau and SQL preferred.

- Professional with strong business partnering mindset able to translate operational data into actionable financial insights in supply chain and last mile delivery contexts.
- Experienced in complex financial planning and cost analytics within fast-paced, high-growth Quick Commerce or related sectors.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Procurement, Product, and Analytics teams to influence strategic investments and optimize unit economics.
