About This Role
- Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain moderate complexity robotics process and desktop automations.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans and performance tests for automation solutions.
- Lead or collaborate with clients and technical staff to investigate and resolve technical problems related to automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of eight years relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Java, VBA, or other scripting/configuration technologies.
- Experience in software development lifecycle, application design, testing, and robotics suites.

- Experienced in automation engineering with strong programming and scripting skills (Java, VBA).
- Skilled in process and data modeling, application architecture, and release management.
- Capable of managing end-to-end automation projects including feasibility analysis, cost/time estimation, and stakeholder collaboration.
