About This Role
- Own end-to-end Accounts Payable operations across US, India, UK, and Swiss entities including invoice processing, payment runs, vendor reconciliations, and AP reporting.
- Ensure AP accuracy, controls, and timely payments while managing withholding and indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with procurement, tax, and finance teams to support month-end close, audit processes, and improve AP workflows and automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of Accounts Payable experience with exposure across multiple geographies preferred.
- CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent degree required.
- Hands-on experience with month-end close, audit support, and strong knowledge of withholding tax and indirect tax (mandatory India; US, UK, Swiss preferred).
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Oracle or Oracle Fusion, and advanced Excel skills required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-jurisdictional AP operations with strong understanding of global tax compliance requirements.
- Capable of handling end-to-end AP cycle ownership including vendor management, payment prioritization, and cash flow forecasting in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in leveraging ERP tools and automation to enhance AP process efficiency and accuracy, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
