About This Role
- Lead business development initiatives targeting MSME digital lending sector, focusing on refining strategy and product-market fit for TransUnion's solutions.
- Drive deal origination and revenue achievement by engaging with CXOs and ecosystem partners including fintechs, banks, and lending institutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Operations, IT) to ensure successful delivery and implementation of commercial solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Post Graduate degree from a premier B-School, preferably top 20, with specialization in Marketing or Finance.
- Minimum 8+ years experience in sales, business development, and team management; experience on assets side with bank or NBFC preferred.
- Ability to travel as required; this is a hybrid role requiring in-person presence at least two days per week.
- Executive presence and strong communication skills; experience engaging senior stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep understanding of MSME lending ecosystem and commercial landscape to inform strategy and product fit.
- Proven track record in deal origination, partnership building, and revenue delivery in financial services or fintech.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, operations, and IT teams in a technology-driven environment.
