About This Role
- Develop, test, debug, document, and deploy software applications according to standards and best practices.
- Apply secure software and systems engineering practices across the delivery lifecycle using DevSecOps methods.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while collaborating with teams and adhering to company standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or related degree; technology experience or non-traditional certifications can substitute degree.
- Minimum 2 years of analysis and technology experience.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
- Work aligned with India business hours; hybrid/remote/in-office location with periodic in-office collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience operating in agile and global environments with ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle, CI/CD, cloud computing, software testing, and systems integration.
- Additional knowledge of insurance or financial services industry is a plus but not mandatory.
