About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and release software applications and platform integrations supporting organizational technology solutions.
- Participate actively across the software development lifecycle focusing mainly on development, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Build rapid prototypes and proof of concepts to validate new ideas and follow coding standards and best practices with potential use of AI coding assistants.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
- Experience developing software using Java, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS.

- Has strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and testing methodologies including test-driven development (TDD).
- Familiar with emerging technologies including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Generative AI, and AI agent development.
