About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the One Touch Order Management platform, including development of its microservices layer and replacement of legacy trading systems.
- Manage a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business value and budget constraints, ensuring system architecture and SDLC standards compliance.
- Collaborate closely with global technology teams, production support, regulatory, compliance, and other stakeholders to maximize platform value and ensure operational success.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with strong program skills in Core Java, multithreading, concurrency, and low latency architecture.
- Proficient with Unix and Oracle database environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices and modern architectures/frameworks including middleware, server, and databases.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years; Location Requirement: Pune, India.

- Experienced senior technologist or architect with strong engineering background in equities technology, particularly order management systems.
- Proven capability to deliver complex, multi-year technology initiatives in collaboration with global teams and cross-functional partners.
