About This Role
- Own and deliver AI agents and integrations for a specific JLL business area as a solo engineer, taking projects from design through production and handoff.
- Set up MCP servers and connectors, bootstrap agent skills and evaluations on JLL's AI platform stack, and ensure production readiness.
- Collaborate with business SMEs to translate workflows into AI agent automations and feed learnings back into the central AI Center of Excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience shipping production AI agents using Claude Agent SDK, MCP, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in production coding with Python, Node, or .NET.
- Hands-on experience managing diverse data stores: relational, NoSQL, object/blob, vector, and document databases.
- Demonstrated ability to operate end-to-end as a one-person team: design, ship, support, and hand off AI systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in high-leverage, autonomous AI engineering roles integrating business processes with AI tools at scale.
- Strong systems thinking with a focus on failure modes and pragmatic judgment regarding shipping and stabilization phases.
- Comfortable communicating complex technical concepts with non-engineers and managing multiple AI agents in parallel workflows.
