About This Role
- Design, build, and deploy Generative AI and machine learning solutions for enterprise applications including text generation, summarization, and RAG-based intelligent assistants.
- Own end-to-end AI pipelines from data ingestion through model inference, including evaluation and performance monitoring in production.
- Design and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems to automate complex workflows and decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in an IT technical role.
- Experience with Generative AI and agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Pydantic AI.
- Proficient in machine learning frameworks including Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in implementing Generative AI solutions using large language models for enterprise use cases.
- Strong background in building and managing AI pipelines and multi-agent orchestration frameworks in production environments.
- Skilled at writing clean, scalable production-ready Python code with CI/CD and version control experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
