About This Role
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of large, complex real-time data streaming pipelines and AI-driven data systems supporting enterprise Claims Invest initiatives.
- Implement and optimize Data and AI pipelines integrating structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data for Generative AI solutions including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and graph databases.
- Drive innovation by prototyping GenAI solutions, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating cross-functionally to embed AI and data strategies in operational processes with compliance and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of data engineering experience with expertise in data solutions, SQL/NoSQL, Snowflake, ETL/ELT, CI/CD, Big Data, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Python/Spark, and modern data platforms.
- 5+ years hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- 2+ years experience in supporting Generative AI technologies, including production-grade GenAI data solutions, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.

- Proven expertise in developing scalable AI data systems using modern cloud technologies and frameworks for unstructured data and Agentic AI solutions.
- Experienced in mentoring, cross-team collaboration, and translating complex technical AI topics into business solutions within agile, fast-paced environments.
