About This Role
- Support SAP S/4HANA service-related business processes including inhouse repair, returns management, CRM integration, logistics, and billing.
- Assist in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration by process analysis, customizing, testing, documentation, and solution validation.
- Collaborate with consultants, business users, and IT teams on SAP implementation, rollout, testing, training, and continuous improvement activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Work Experience Required: Fresh graduates or up to 2 years experience in SAP, SAP S/4HANA, ERP support, business process analysis, testing, or implementation.
- Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP concepts, or service-related processes such as service execution, repair, returns, sales, logistics, or billing.
- Proficiency in English communication (spoken and written).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Early career professionals familiar with SAP S/4HANA service processes or related ERP modules.
- Comfortable with analytical tasks including process analysis, testing, and documentation under guidance.
- Eager to learn SAP customizing, Fiori applications, and S/4HANA integration concepts with exposure to logistics, sales, controlling, procurement, CRM, or Salesforce considered a plus.
