About This Role
- Own and drive the engineering vision for the Marketplace and Developer Ecosystem platform involving Public APIs, Monetization infrastructure, and App Marketplace.
- Lead multiple engineering squads to ensure API scalability, robust monetization, and high-quality developer experience.
- Mentor and develop engineering leaders, enforce high technical standards, and manage complex, high-traffic API services with financial transaction accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of engineering experience with at least 5+ years in leadership managing multiple teams or managers.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js and Vue.js (or React/Angular).
- Proven experience building or managing Public APIs, Developer Platforms, or App Marketplaces.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- Strategic engineering leader with a history of architecting scalable, secure API ecosystems and monetization platforms.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS environments with responsibility for complex, multi-team deliveries.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally to align technical architecture with business and partner integration strategies.
