About This Role
- Analyze large structured and semi-structured datasets to derive actionable business insights.
- Build, maintain, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, and perform ad hoc analyses for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure data accuracy, resolve data-quality issues, and support data-driven decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in CSE/IT related fields, MCA, M.Sc, M.Tech, or BBA/MBA in IT/Marketing.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (including complex query writing and optimization).
- Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) and Power BI; proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, macros).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating business questions into clear analytical requirements and delivering precise reports and dashboards.
- Skilled at handling large datasets from various databases and cloud data warehouses such as Azure Synapse, Snowflake, MSSQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Capable of collaborating effectively with data engineers and architects to ensure reliable data pipelines and consistent business definitions.
