About This Role
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key S&OP KPIs including demand accuracy, supply attainment, and inventory health.
- Analyze demand, supply, inventory, production, and commercial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas in the supply chain.
- Support monthly S&OP review cycles with data packs, executive summaries, scenario analysis, and decision-support insights, automating reporting via Power BI, Excel, SQL, and related tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, supply chain analytics, demand planning, or S&OP.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Hands-on experience supporting S&OP processes including demand review, supply review, inventory review, executive review, KPI tracking, and action follow-up.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, VBA, SQL; exposure to supply chain concepts and reporting automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end S&OP data analysis and dashboard creation for cross-functional decision-making in supply chain contexts.
- Skilled at translating complex operational data into clear insights for senior stakeholders, with a focus on actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable applying AI-enabled analytics and automation to improve reporting efficiency and the quality of supply chain decisions.
