About This Role
- Lead and implement IT/SRE automation and AIOps initiatives focusing on AI/GenAI and LLM-based automation solutions.
- Manage and enhance automation workflows across platforms such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and cloud environments including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Oversee incident and problem management with a strong adherence to ITIL and automation governance to improve operational analytics and service reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years in IT/SRE automation, AIOps, service management or related fields.
- Proficiency with Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, and scripting for automation purposes.
- Hands-on experience with automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
- Education: Any Graduation, preferably B.E./B.Tech or related discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating AI/GenAI, LLMs, and prompt engineering into IT automation workflows.
- Skilled in managing cloud-based observability and monitoring tools including Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Capable of operating within complex technology and financial services environments requiring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
