About This Role
- Lead and manage the IAM End User Operations team responsible for identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, password management, and service delivery across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation in IAM operational workflows, manage platform health, and enforce operational standards including SLAs and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR, PCI, NIST) while partnering with various teams to maintain operational readiness and deliver seamless IAM experiences.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of IT experience with minimum 8 years focused on IAM operations and end-user services management.
- Proven leadership experience managing IAM service delivery teams with knowledge of IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, Delinea, and protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, OIDC.
- Work timings require availability between 06:00 AM and 11:30 AM Eastern Time for US meetings; local timings flexible outside these windows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with a background managing large-scale IAM operational teams in regulated or financial services environments.
- Strong expertise in IAM tool platforms, cloud IAM models, identity protocols, and integrating hybrid IAM ecosystems operationally.
- Skilled at driving automation and continuous improvement in IAM services with proficiency in DevSecOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD).
