About This Role
- Lead end-to-end financial control and reporting for global markets and entities from India, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close.
- Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors, and market finance teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery performance.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation initiatives, and maintain strong internal controls supporting audits and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance operations, financial controlling, shared services or service delivery.
- Practical experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and control frameworks.
- Experience managing vendors and shared service partners; proficient with ERP systems like SAP and strong Excel skills.

- Experienced in leading finance service delivery within a multinational or matrix organisation environment.
- Skilled at driving finance transformation, ERP implementations, or large-scale change programmes.
- Capable of coaching and developing finance teams while maintaining focus on reliable delivery and practical problem solving.
