About This Role
- Lead end-to-end financial control and month-end close for multiple markets and entities across regions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors, and market finance teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement, automation, and service performance.
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, coordinate system/process changes and support internal/external audits to maintain control compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance operations, financial controlling, shared services, or service delivery.
- Practical experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, and ERP systems such as SAP.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (India office 2–3 days/week), occasional regional travel may be required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader skilled in managing multinational finance service delivery and cross-functional stakeholder coordination within matrix organizations.
- Strong background in finance transformation, ERP implementation, automation (RPA, Power BI) and process optimization.
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams under deadlines and through change, with clear communication and practical problem-solving focus.
