About This Role
- Lead global financial control and reporting for assigned markets and legal entities to ensure timely, accurate month-end and year-end close.
- Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors, and market finance teams to resolve issues and improve financial outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives, maintain internal controls, and support audits and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial controlling, finance operations, shared services, or accounting.
- Practical experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and strong Excel skills.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.

- Experienced in leading finance control or service delivery across multiple countries in a multinational setting.
- Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing finance teams with focus on reliable delivery and practical problem solving.
