About This Role
- Lead end-to-end financial control and month-end close for multiple APAC markets and entities from India, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors, and market teams to resolve finance issues and drive service improvements.
- Oversee internal controls, support audits, lead finance transformation initiatives, and coach a team of finance professionals.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance operations, financial controlling, shared services, or service delivery.
- Practical experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and supporting audits.
- Work arrangement is hybrid based in India; occasional regional travel may be required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing finance functions within multinational or matrix organizations, preferably in APAC markets.
- Demonstrated ability in process automation, RPA, analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), and finance transformation or ERP implementation programs.
- Skilled in coaching and developing finance teams and navigating change in a fast-paced environment.
