About This Role
- Lead financial control and month-end close processes for assigned APAC markets and entities from India.
- Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors, and market teams to ensure accurate, timely, and controlled financial outcomes, while driving service delivery improvements and automation.
- Oversee internal controls compliance, lead audit support, and coach a team of finance professionals, coordinating finance transformation and system change activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in finance operations, financial controlling, shared services, or service delivery.
- Practical experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal controls including audit support.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and strong Excel skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading finance service delivery and vendor/shared service management within multinational or matrix organizations.
- Proven track record in driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and handling finance transformation or ERP implementation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop finance teams in dynamic environments and manage change effectively.
