About This Role
- Lead month-end close processes for assigned legal entities ensuring accurate financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Provide variance and commercial analysis to inform business decision-making by partnering with business and shared services.
- Enhance accounting processes, internal controls, and automation; support audits and ensure compliance with IFRS and local standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management accounting, finance controlling, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting rules; proficiency in ERP systems like SAP and advanced Excel skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with leading and coaching small to medium finance teams, indicating readiness for leadership.
- Hands-on expertise in financial planning, analysis, driver-based forecasting, and automation/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, transformative environments with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
