About This Role
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise storage and backup infrastructure solutions focusing on high availability and performance.
- Lead projects involving storage technologies such as NetApp and Infinidat, and backup solutions including Commvault AVMAR and Rubrik HyperScale to ensure data protection and integrity.
- Implement and optimize disaster recovery, backup strategies, and hybrid cloud storage environments while automating infrastructure processes for reliability and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 years or equivalent experience in IT infrastructure engineering or systems administration with focus on enterprise storage and backup.
- Hands-on experience with NetApp, Infinidat storage systems and backup/recovery technologies like Commvault AVMAR and Rubrik HyperScale.
- Proven ability to design and implement high-availability storage solutions meeting RTO/RPO requirements.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years in relevant infrastructure engineering roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing hybrid (on-prem and cloud) storage and backup environments with knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python), and infrastructure orchestration.
- Proficient in multi-site disaster recovery, virtualization (e.g., VMware vSphere), and integration of backup into cloud and DevOps workflows.
