About This Role
- Manage end-to-end purchasing operations including vendor negotiation, contract management, and purchase order processing ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships, monitor supplier performance, and identify cost-saving and procurement optimization opportunities through market analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials, while preparing reports on purchasing activities and vendor performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management with proven vendor negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software systems; experience with purchase order processing and vendor evaluation.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, compliance standards, and organizational policies.
