About This Role
- Manage logistics for trainer travel including flight, train, and hotel bookings.
- Create and audit virtual training links ensuring adherence to best operational practices.
- Coordinate between Sales, Tech teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth training execution and maintain training-related reports and feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- Located in or able to work from Bengaluru, India (Work from Office).
- Internship duration is 6 months with full-time employment potential based on performance.
- Good communication and writing skills; strong time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Tools including Teams and Outlook.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working in operations with exposure or interest in supply chain and Ed-tech domains.
- Able to work evening shifts on a rotational basis as required by the role.
- Experienced or interested in handling training events, coordination, and project management activities.
