About This Role
- Oversee quality and execution of livelihood programs at block level in collaboration with District Manager.
- Select, train, and support rural entrepreneurs (Pashu Sakhi) to facilitate livestock-based livelihood interventions among targeted households.
- Manage data collection, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure program impact and alignment with government agencies.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in program management or livelihood-related interventions.
- Experience working with rural communities and government agencies such as SRLM.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate degree in any subject.
- Preference for training skills in livelihood interventions and experience with goat program implementation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing rural livelihood programs with operational and community mobilization responsibilities.
- Comfortable coordinating with government entities and ecosystem partners at block level.
- Skilled in training and mentoring field-level entrepreneurs and capable of data-driven reporting and program monitoring.
