About This Role
- Strengthen monitoring and evaluation systems for the Assam Economic Inclusion Program, ensuring data quality, process integrity, and adherence to monitoring frameworks.
- Analyze field and MIS data to identify trends, gaps, and challenges; generate analytical reports and actionable insights to inform program strategy and operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain data tracking systems, dashboards, SOPs, training materials, and support coordination with government teams for program scale-up and quality assurance.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or higher degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tech product rollout, coordination for adoption, and resolving field-level issues.
- Proficiency in bulk data analysis, data visualization tools, report writing, and digital data collection systems.
- Knowledge of English and Assamese language is mandatory.

- Experienced in managing tech products for social sector programs with community or government field teams.
- Strong operational focus on system strengthening, process improvement, automation, and cross-functional coordination with government stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and execution skills, capable of multi-tasking and extensive field travel in project districts.
