About This Role
- Own and scale the hill climbing product roadmap for AI Specialists across multiple teams and business units.
- Run the customer instance program to enable testing in real customer environments and accelerate feedback loops from weeks to days.
- Convert evaluation findings into actionable prioritized fixes and develop tools and methods enabling product teams to independently run hill climbing processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of work experience including product management for AI or ML products in production.
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Proven ownership of a product roadmap and scaling a product from a single team to multiple teams.
- Experience running fast improvement loops on ML or LLM systems, including error analysis and shipping prioritized fixes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating product, engineering, and business teams to align and execute a unified plan.
- Knowledge of agentic AI, enterprise workflow software, or the ServiceNow platform.
- Demonstrated ability to convert expert-dependent processes into scalable tools or methods adopted independently by teams.
