About This Role
- Support and maintain Linux and Windows systems across corporate offices, RD labs, manufacturing units, and customer deployment sites.
- Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and support for user systems, servers, and embedded environments, including network infrastructure administration.
- Perform monitoring, backups, disaster recovery tasks, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors per IT security policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or System Support roles.
- Hands-on experience with Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS), Windows OS, networking fundamentals (IP addressing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP), and basic firewall/VPN concepts.
- Work arrangement is on-site (Work from Office) at Noida location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-location IT infrastructure including corporate, RD, manufacturing, and field deployment environments.
- Comfortable operating in controlled, secure, and disciplined environments with strong respect for confidentiality.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external vendors, including some site travel when required.
