About This Role
- Own and lead hands-on implementation of Agentforce within Salesforce environments.
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions with best practices in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud development.
- Manage Salesforce integrations and oversee CI/CD DevOps processes, preferably using Gearset and GitHub.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and Agentforce implementations.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in B-Tech, M-Tech, or MCA.
- Strong experience in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud development.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Gearset and GitHub.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader with proven ability to deliver complex Agentforce implementations.
- Skilled in scalable solution architecture and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Familiar with DevOps workflows in Salesforce environments and third-party integrations.
