About This Role
- Own release quality by reviewing requirements, designing and executing manual and automated tests, reporting defects, and flagging quality risks early.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Developers, and Engineering Managers from requirements to product release, influencing product decisions.
- Drive accessibility standards and test automation including functional and non-functional testing, improving unit test coverage and quality metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of development or test automation experience using scripting languages.
- Experience testing web applications or smartphone apps, with ability to read source code and create test cases accordingly.
- Proficiency in E2E automation using frameworks like Playwright TypeScript and test automation tools such as Selenium/playwright.
- Basic understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 Level AA) and experience with CI environment maintenance (CircleCI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in functional and API testing with strong skills in automation frameworks and scripting, implying a hands-on technical approach.
- Familiar with SaaS product quality lifecycle and metrics-driven quality assurance methods.
