About This Role
- Own and transition the invoice processing automation from Power Automate Desktop and SharePoint-based flows to a Dynamics 365 (D365) Invoice Capture solution.
- Configure and integrate D365 Invoice Capture to automate vendor invoice intake, data extraction, validation, PO matching, and vendor invoice creation in D365 Finance.
- Enable streamlined invoice approval, processing, posting, and status tracking fully within D365 Finance, eliminating prior UI automation dependencies.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience in automation or relevant software engineering roles.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and D365 Invoice Capture setup and configuration.
- Experience integrating invoice processing workflows within D365 Finance.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in automating end-to-end invoice processing using Microsoft Power Automate and Dynamics 365 Finance solutions.
- Proficient with AI-powered data extraction in invoice management and familiar with validating and enforcing business rules within an ERP environment.
- Capable of designing and implementing automation that replaces legacy UI-based automation with native D365 Finance processes for scalable and maintainable invoice workflows.
