About This Role
- Administer and manage legal technology platforms like Sirion CLM and JIRA for contract and matter management, ensuring system hygiene and user support.
- Oversee document obligation management including filing, version control, obligation extraction, and compliance tracking with reporting responsibilities.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research, support compliance monitoring, review BAU agreements, and contribute to process improvement and stakeholder support within a global legal operations environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional qualification).
- 2-4 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or related legal services function.
- Demonstrated experience with legal technology platforms such as CLM, document management, or matter management systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
