About This Role
- Own end-to-end design of Zuper's mobile and tablet apps across iOS and Android for field service workers in real-world conditions.

- Engage regularly with customers to understand field workflows and continuously improve mobile experiences including prototyping and maintaining design system components.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of product design experience with a strong demonstrable mobile design portfolio.
- Experience designing B2B or enterprise mobile products is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android design conventions and native platform capabilities.
- Work Experience Required: 4-6 years product design experience. Notice period: Not explicitly mentioned in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in mobile-native design thinking, able to balance platform patterns with innovative adaptations for field contexts.
- Comfortable designing for offline/low connectivity states, real-time syncing, and failure states as core UX challenges.
- Experienced in engaging directly with customers to inform design decisions and independently driving mobile experience ownership without waiting for detailed specifications.
