About This Role
- Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered applications, focusing on practical business and product use cases.
- Work extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Integrate AI/ML models into applications via REST APIs, maintain code quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven features.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python with experience in ML libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and at least one deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines including vector databases.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex), REST API development, and software development best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience building AI solutions for enterprise applications or intelligent automation, particularly involving Agentic AI or AI agents.
- Comfortable working with cutting-edge AI technologies including LLMs, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), and AI workflow orchestration tools.
- Able to troubleshoot and optimize model performance within production environments and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate AI features effectively.
