About This Role
- Build and maintain full-stack features including web front ends, APIs (C#/.NET), and databases.
- Develop business apps and automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
- Deploy and operate solutions on Microsoft Azure; learn cloud basics including services, security, and cost management.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent, 2026 or 2027 pass-outs only.
- Minimum 50% marks throughout academics (10th, 12th, graduation/post-graduation) with no active backlogs.
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language (C#, Java, Python, JavaScript or similar); C# is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong logical reasoning and basic understanding of OOP, data structures, SQL, and web application concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Ability to translate business problems into technical specifications and workflows before coding.
- Curious and cautious user of AI coding assistants, with ability to review, test, debug, and explain generated code.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
