About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple critical engineering teams, accountable for strategic and technically complex architecture and product areas.
- Architect, design, implement, and deliver large scale distributed cloud-based digital products with a focus on achieving KPIs and production reliability.
- Build and maintain organization-wide relationships to ensure alignment and influence key stakeholders on engineering best practices and strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience with Java and Cobol programming.
- Proven experience in developing REST APIs using Java Spring Boot and familiarity with API documentation tools (swagger, REST-docs, OpenAPI).
- Hands-on experience architecting and delivering large scale distributed systems, including microservices and cloud deployments.
- Experience in web and API security (authentication, authorization, OAuth, OWASP, OpenID, SAML), plus backend development (MongoDB, caching, Kafka) and CI/CD tools (git, maven, gradle, Jenkins).
