About This Role
- Administer and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments including installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of various JDE servers and components.
- Manage software lifecycle activities such as JDE Tools releases, ESUs, ASUs, package builds, deployments, object promotions, and code migrations across multiple environments.
- Troubleshoot, tune, and optimize JDE system performance and kernel configurations; participate in production support and on-call rotations for critical incident resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 7.5+ years of experience administering and supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Configurable Network Computing (CNC) architecture and JDE server components including Enterprise, HTML, AIS, Security, Batch, and Deployment servers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or IBM DB2; knowledge of infrastructure, middleware, and production change management.

- Deep expertise in JDE EnterpriseOne system administration and multi-server environment management with capability to handle complex production incidents.
- Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure to support business-critical JDE applications and integrations.
- Proficient in managing patching, software upgrades, security configurations, disaster recovery, and adherence to IT security and audit controls.
