About This Role
- Lead gathering and managing comprehensive business data and analytics requirements across diverse stakeholders in a complex insurance enterprise.
- Perform advanced data analysis and profiling using SQL and leverage emerging AI technologies (Generative AI, RAG, agentic AI) to support data-driven decision making and scalable business solutions.
- Mentor and lead Business Data Analysts, act as a liaison between multiple business functions, and drive adoption of industry best practices within an Agile, fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence/Data Science, Information Technology or related field.
- 6+ years experience in business or data analysis with a focus on Property Casualty/Commercial Lines Insurance supporting data warehouse or analytic projects.
- 6 to 7 years proficiency in SQL and experience with requirements elicitation and management in Agile environments.
- Experience working with generative AI concepts, advanced data strategies, and ability to incorporate emerging AI-driven techniques into analytics workflows.
