About This Role
- Oversee day-to-day operations and guest experience across multiple hotel properties in assigned area ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Drive business development by identifying, negotiating, and onboarding new hotel properties to expand portfolio.
- Lead sales efforts including MICE deals and collaborate with sales teams and hotel partners to achieve revenue targets.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in hospitality management with success in operations and business development.
- Proven experience in property acquisition and/or sales in hospitality.
- Knowledge and experience in the MICE segment is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geography.
