About This Role
- Own data capture, validation, research, and enrichment of corporate action announcements for publication as composite records to clients.
- Interface with external agents and internal teams globally to resolve exceptions, support client inquiries, and improve operational procedures.
- Contribute to strategic product operations projects, user acceptance testing, and initiatives that support the product roadmap and revenue generation.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-6 years of work experience in Corporate Actions.
- Strong research and data mining skills with knowledge of global financial markets, particularly Equities and Fixed Income.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI tools for task automation preferred; advanced Excel and SQL skills preferred.
- Flexible to work in shifts (no late-night shifts) as part of the role requirements.

- Experienced in corporate actions validation with a strong operational and analytical focus involving multi-source data synthesis.
- Capable of collaborating with global teams and external vendors to enhance quality and efficiency of product delivery.
