About This Role
- Manage and execute financial operations including account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, SOX regulations, and internal control frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to improve financial processes and support accurate financial reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
- Work Experience Required: No prior experience required.
- Proficiency in major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal control frameworks; experience with account reconciliations and journal entry preparation.

- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experienced or familiar with financial reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion, BlackLine) and system/process automation.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
