About This Role
- Develop, deploy, and maintain Tableau dashboards for internal leadership and external clients to visualize business performance and travel expense patterns.
- Manage data quality and dashboard performance on Tableau Server, ensuring accurate, compliant, and high-availability data insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide actionable data insights, and support multiple business lines including lodging, airline, and insurance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline); Master's is desirable but not essential.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server with experience building and maintaining production-level dashboards.
- Substantial experience with SQL, R, and Python; familiarity with Alteryx or automated data prep tools is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced BI professional accustomed to handling data from multiple domains such as lodging, airline, and insurance, preferably with hospitality industry exposure.
- Able to communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Comfortable managing data architecture and quality across data lakes or warehousing solutions, with a strong focus on delivering actionable business impact.
