About This Role
- Develop and maintain features for enterprise React and Java Spring Boot applications.
- Resolve defects and support enhancements in production systems, including integration with third-party services like payment gateways and ERP platforms.
- Own complete development lifecycle tasks end-to-end from coding to deployment and post-release verification.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in React, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL including query optimization and execution plan analysis.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, and IAM.
- Must have minimum 5 hours daily overlap with US EST working hours (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM ET), Monday through Friday.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working independently with strong ownership to deliver features and fixes through deployment in mature, large-scale codebases.
- Familiarity and practical experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.
- Comfortable working in cross-timezone setups requiring daily partial overlap with US EST business hours.
