About This Role
- Lead the business analysis program for a transformation involving master data, governance, D365 FO alignment, Microsoft Fabric data platform, Power BI analytics, and process automation.
- Own requirements discovery, backlog prioritization, traceability, acceptance processes including UAT, defect triage, cutover readiness, and ensure sequencing for dependent deliverables like MDM rules and KPIs.
- Define data governance, data quality rules, business and governance requirements for data platforms, review analytics reports, and prioritize process automation with controls and validation.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years as Business Analyst on ERP, data, or analytics programs with hands-on experience in D365 Finance and Operations.
- Experience leading Business Analysts or analysis workstreams with client-facing scope and change control experience.
- Strong supply chain domain knowledge: procurement, sales, inventory, warehouse, master data.
- Working knowledge of data platforms, BI, and process automation enough to specify and validate requirements; Experience with UAT, backlog ownership in Azure DevOps or Jira, and SQL skills for data profiling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multi-entity, multi-country programs with complex data governance and controls.
- Capable of setting BA standards, governance, and coordinating across business and technical teams for end-to-end delivery.
- Background or certifications (e.g. MB-330, PL-300, CBAP, DP-600) in manufacturing, distribution, consumer goods, or data governance preferred but not mandatory.
