About This Role
- Lead planning and execution of Program Increments (PI) to deliver prioritized business outcomes and coordinate release plans with Product and Tech teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across Agile Release Trains using AI tools to enhance delivery predictability, quality, and efficiency.
- Coach and develop Scrum Masters and teams to drive Agile maturity, continuous improvement, and embed Responsible AI governance across value streams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience across product teams.
- 3+ years coaching experience at team or program level and 5+ years people management experience.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAFe framework and ART execution.
- Location: Hyderabad; Shift Time: 12 to 9 pm IST; Working Model: Hybrid (twice a week in office).

- Experienced in leading Agile transformation and delivery in complex, matrixed organizations at Program and Portfolio levels with SAFe expertise.
- Skilled in leveraging AI and metrics for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across ARTs.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and risk management capabilities in large, cross-functional environments.
